Stop Press–A guided bus has come off the rails

Tuesday, 20^th November 2012: The Cambridge News has reported that a Guided Bus has come off the tracks (3pm) and that there are long service delays – although buses can miss the affected section and switch to the road. The Longstanton station is also closed.

Of my concern is what caused the bus to come of the tracks is another matter. No one is reported injured fortunately. It could be anything from a burst tyre to an obstruction on the track.

UPDATE: The BBC is reporting it as an accident in which the driver misjudged the busway entrance and has been taken to hospital.
